Recommended Dose: Adults (12 years and older): Take 2 capsules 15 to 30 minutes before bedtime. Repeat the dose during the night if required. Children (2 to 12 years): Take 1 capsule 15 to 30 minutes before bedtime. Repeat the dose during the night if required.
Precautions and Contraindications: REM Sleep contains 5-HTO which should not be used alongside SSRI and MAOI anti-depressant medication. Individuals taking these medications should use REM Sleep under the supervision of a pharmacist or healthcare professional, or should not exceed the recommended daily dose unless under direction of a healthcare professional.
