Compounded medications

Available at Waimauku Village Pharmacy only.We can compound medications for you.
Pharmacy compounding is the art and science of preparing personalised medications for patients. These 'compounded medications' are made from their individual ingredients mixed together in the exact strength and dosage form required byyou. This allows us to work with you and the prescriber to customise a medication to meet your specific needs.
From ear drops (especially for 'swimmers ear'), specialised creams specific conditions, for a skin lotions and more, we can do a lot.
One use is for those medications you can't swallow as solid tablets, we can make up a liquid form for you.
Just ask what we can do for you.
Veterinary medications
